ProSolve Pipe Jointing Lubricant 2.5kg

Our WRAS Approved pipe jointing lubricant is a biodegradable soap-based pipe lubricant. Free from harsh chemicals and solvents. Non-hazardous formulation, non-flammable, water dispersible, and safe for use in domestic and commercial installations.

It's designed to make jointing concrete, clay and plastic pipes quicker, cleaner and easier.

Supplied as a soft, ready-to-use gel, it can be applied directly to wet or dry concrete surfaces without any prep.

Ideal for use on-site where a clean, mess-free joint is essential.

Simple to use:

• Ensure ring seal, socket and pipe end are thoroughly clean and free from any dirt and grime.
• Ensure that the seal is correctly located in the seal housing of the socket.
• Mark the correct insertion depth on the pipe end.
• Apply a thin layer of lubricant evenly to the pipe end (especially the chamfer), gasket and inside the socket.
• Push the pipe end into the socket until pipe insertion mark shows that the pipe has been joined to correct socket depth.
