As the cost of living and commodity prices continue to rise, we know that staying competitive in the market in terms of pricing, as well as ensuring our customers receive the best possible price for goods, is paramount to our success as a supplier. That’s why we will never issue a quote without having done the necessary market research. This also applies to price increases / price decreases, at ProSolve we don’t issue price increases unless we have to. Alternatively, if our dedicated pricing team identify a product that is above market price, we will proactively reduce that pricing, ensuring complete transparency to our customers.

At ProSolve, we know that every little helps…that’s why we offer as standard: Next Day Delivery on stocked goods - Our customers do not pay any extra for delivery the next working day, it comes as a standard part of our service. No Minimum Order Value - No order is too small! If you want to spend just £1 with us, that’s fine. This allows merchants to buy what they want when they want from us. No Minimum Order Quantity - We have no MOQ for products, to help with despatch we do ask for customers to buy in box quantities where possible. No need to take a full pallet worth of goods with ProSolve.
Specialist Advice & Product Training
How can you effectively sell a product if you don’t know about its qualities? You can’t! That’s why our team are always available to provide advice and training on products, whether it be regarding use and application or more technical aspects such as certification. At ProSolve we conduct weekly product training sessions with our own personnel, to help ensure they are fully capable and confident in distributing information to our valued customers. We truly believe there is no such thing as a silly question, so ask away!
Tailored Merchandising Solutions
Whether your store requires a complete shop fit-out or a simple refresh, our dedicated Merchandising Team can transform your premises into a fully-functioning sales tool. Our team have helped transform stores nationwide, simply by completing a comprehensive audit and listening to customer requirements, we are able to utilise store space to its full potential, whilst ensuring product ranges are well displayed and easily accessible to walk-in customers.
Our stock management service is one that continues to differentiate us from being solely a supplier and more of a partner. Your success is at the forefront of our efforts, that‘s why we will touch base with you throughout the year to check ProSolve stock levels and to make the re-ordering process as easy as possible. We’ll also go one step further - our Stock Management Team are on hand to deliver goods to site, populate stands and check the overall condition of the ProSolve merchandiser.
Marketing & Sales Support
We don’t want to be “just another supplier” to our customers. They’re an extension of our business, and us of theirs. That’s why we have an online portal dedicated to marketing and sales collateral for customers to use on their own digital platforms, as well as in their stores. From flyers, to digital banners and pull-up’s to dual branded brochures – our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to market ProSolve products to your customers.
